安特尔联合万艾可治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床研究

A clinical study of Viagra combined with Andriol in the treatment of ED in the patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨安特尔联合万艾可治疗DED的有效性和安全性。方法将DED患者90人随机分为对照组和研究组,观察治疗前、治疗后3个月时的IIEF-5评分、PADAM评分及血清睾酮等变化。结果 2组治疗后3个月较治疗前IIEF-5评分显著提高(P<0.05),PADAM评分显著降低(P<0.05);研究组血清睾酮明显升高(P<0.01),对照组血清睾酮无明显变化(P>0.05);IIEF-5评分,PADAM评分及血清睾酮等变化表明研究组疗效优于对照组。结论万艾可联合安特尔可纠正DED的低睾酮水平而显著提高了疗效,两者联合应用安全、有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Viagra combined with Andriol in the treat- ment of ED in the patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 cases of erectile dysfunction with type 2 diabetics were divided into 2 groups randomly,45 cases per group. The IIEF-5 score, PADAM score and serum testosterone level were measured before treatment and 3 after months treatment, respectively. Results The IIEF- 5 score was significantly elevated （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the PADAM score was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in 2 groups, and the serum testosterone was markedly increased （P 〈 0. 01 ） in observing group, but not increase （P 〉0. 05） in control group. The therapy response in observing group was better than that of in control group. Conclusion Viagra combined with Andriol improve penile erection efficiently in the diabetic patients because Andriol raise the low serum testosterone level, and the combination of Viagra with Andriol is safe.
