摘要
目的评估某院麻醉药品的应用现状,为临床合理规范使用麻醉药品提供参考。方法对该院住院部2012年1～6月麻醉药品应用进行统计和分析。结果该院住院麻醉药品金额前两名为注射用瑞芬太尼和枸橼酸芬太尼注射液,主要用于手术阵痛;用药频度排在首位的是盐酸吗啡注射液,主要用于癌痛止痛;DUI>1的药物有盐酸吗啡注射液、瑞芬太尼注射液和磷酸可待因片。结论该院麻醉药品使应用基本合理,符合规定。
Objective To assess application status of narcotic drugs in a hospital to provide a reference for the clinical use of narcotic drugs legitimately and normatively. Methods The application of narcotic drugs during January 2012 to June 2012 in the inpatient department of the hospital were added up and analyzed. Resuits In the treatment of operative analgesia, the top 2 narcotic drugs in the list of drug amount were Remifentanil injection and Fantanyl injection ; In the treatment of cancer pain, Morphine hydrochloride Injection has thehighest medication frequency （DDDs） ; Narcotic drugs of DUI 〉 1 were morphine hydrochloride injection, remifentanil injection and codeine phosphate tablets. Conchlsion The use of narcotics in the hospital is basi- cally reasonable and conforms with the regulations.
