摘要 研究了氧化亚铁硫杆菌 (T f)在温度 30℃、pH 2 0的常用浸出条件下 ,Cu2 +对该细菌生长活性的影响。试验结果表明 ,Cu2 +对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长活性有较大影响 ,表现在细菌生长的停滞期和对数期均较长 ,Fe2 +的氧化速度较慢 ;经驯化后的细菌(T f) ,在ρ(Cu2 +) =2 0~ 30g/L的培养基中生长活性有提高 ,表现在对Fe2 Effect of Cu 2+ on the growth and activity of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans at 30℃ and pH 2.was studied.The experimental results show that the lag and logarithmic phase were longer and rates of Fe 2+ oxidation decreased in the Leathen culture medium which contained 20g/l and 30g/l Cu 2+ respectively.This meant that Cu 2+ had great influence on the growth and activity of T.f.and the T.f could tolerate higher concentration of Cu 2+ after long period of adaptation by repeated subculturing in the Leathen cultur medium.
