为探索较适合的选矿工艺 ,紫金山金矿炭浆厂进行了全泥氰化—逆流洗涤—炭液法工艺的工业试验。由试验结果可知 ,全泥氰化—逆流洗涤—炭液法工艺较炭浸工艺更适合处理紫金山金矿含泥细粒级矿石 ,技术上是可行的 ,吨矿成本较炭浸工艺可减少 15 0
For seeking the most adaptable mineral processing technology,Zijinshan Gold Mine conducted the commercial scale trial of the technology of all sliming and cyanidation-countercurrent washing-static adsorption on carbon.It showed from the trial that this technology is more adaptable than CIL to treat the fine grained gold ore of Zijinshan Gold Mine which contained abundance of clay.The treatment cost is RMB $15 06 lesser than CIL perton.
