90m^2 sinter machine cooling process and its operation practice

本文介绍了包钢二烧车间９０ｍ２机上冷却烧结机技术指标、工艺流程特点以及小球烧结技术应用情况，同时扼要地讲述了改造内容、主体设备。并对改造前后技术指标进行了对比，通过一年的生产证明采用机冷工艺后，利用系数提高０．０４１／ｍ２·ｈ，最高达到０．１０１ｔ／ｍ２·ｈ，固体能耗降低７．２７４ｋｇ／ｔ。

The paper presents the technical indices, process characteristics and application of MPS process at the NO .2 sinter plant with sinter machine cooling technology. The modification and main equipments are briefly described.Comparison between technical indices before and after modification is made. After one year sintering practice,it has been proved that the productivity increases by 0.041t/m2·h (highest value 0.101t/m2·h) and the solid fuel consumption decreases by 7.274kg/t with sinter machine cooling process.
