摘要 目的:研究重庆市黔江地区女性生理特点与类风湿关节炎的关系。方法:将所选病例根据有无类风湿关节炎分为两组,然后从年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、初潮时间、月经量、月经周期、孕产、有无绝经及绝经年龄、是否母乳喂养、性激素水平、白带颜色、白带气味及白带量,以及有无关节炎活动和关节畸形等进行问卷调查及记录。结果:文化层次及职业、初潮年龄、绝经、白带气味量及颜色与类风湿关节炎发病有明显的相关性,而年龄、婚姻状况、月经量、月经周期、孕产、是否母乳喂养等因素与类风湿关节炎发病无明显的相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性生理特点中,初潮年龄、绝经、性激素水平、白带气味、白带量及颜色与类风湿关节炎发病有明显的相关性。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between female physiological characteristics and rheumatoid arthritis in Qianjiang area. Methods:The selected cases with and without rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups, doing questionnaires and records on age, education level, occupation, marriage, menarche, menstrual flow, menstrual cycle, pregnancy and childbirth, menopausal and post-menopausal age, breastfeeding,levels of sex hormone ,color, odor and quantity of vaginal discharge, rheumatoid arthritis activity and joint deformity ( specifically for the patients with rheumatoid arthritis ) . Results: The cultural level, occupation, menarche, menopause, color, odor and quantity of vaginal discharge had significant relationship with rheumatoid arthritis, while factors such as age, marriage, menstrual flow, menstrual cycle, pregnancy and childbirth, breastfeeding had no obvious relationship with the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, the difference having statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Factors in female physiological characteristics such as menarche, menopause, color, levels of sex hormone,odor and quantity of vaginal discharge had significant relationship with the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
