摘要
目的:了解上海市各区残疾人康复中心人员现状,探索下一阶段区级康复中心的发展策略。方法:利用自拟问卷普查上海市区级残疾人康复中心的人力配置情况。结果:上海市已形成了一支具有一定规模和人员结构的区级残疾人康复中心人员队伍,但与城区相比,郊区康复中心人员在年龄、学历、岗位性质、工作年限和职称的分布上均存在差距。结论:消除上海市城郊区级残疾人康复中心人员结构差异,构建区级康复中心准入标准;为确保区级康复中心功能的实现,建立区级残联与康复中心可持续发展的合作机制。
Objective: To understand the human resource status of district-level disability rehabilitation centers in Shanghai and provide evidence for the development of district-level rehabilitation centers. Methods: Census district-level disability rehabilitation centers in Shanghai through self-questionnaire.Results: Shanghai has initially established personnel of district-level disability rehabilitation centers. However,the structure has yet to be improved.Conclusion: In order to eliminate the structural differences of district-level rehabilitation center human resource between suburban and urban,should build access standards for district-level rehabilitation center;and to implement the function of district-level rehabilitation center,should establish cooperation mechanisms of district-level Disable Person's Federation and rehabilitation centers.
