基于泰尔指数的我国碳生产率区域差异性分析

Analysis on Regional Difference of Carbon Productivity in China Based on Theil Index

在应对全球气候变暖的背景下,中国的碳排放及其变化趋势成为世界各国关注的焦点。我国如何在保持经济高速增长的同时,抑制CO2排放增速、提高碳生产率是关键,而这需要依赖于省区层面的减排行动,从区域层面研究碳生产率问题具有重要现实意义。测算了东、中、西部地区域碳生产率的泰尔指数,并对总差异进行了分解,提出了对策建议。

Under the global environment background coping with climate warming, Chinese carbon emissions and changes became the world focus. Inhibiting the growth of carbon dioxide emissions, improving carbon productivity was the key, and this depended on the regional abatement action to keep our economic growth. The research of regional carbon productivity had important practical significance. This paper calculated the Theil Index of the eastern, middle and western regions carbon productivity, the total difference was decomposed, and then put forward the proposals.
