摘要
为了改善工业污染引发的生态安全的恶劣状况,保障经济发展与生态环境的可持续发展,根据生态安全预警的特点,结合BP神经网络和GM模型,建立了工业污染生态安全预警系统,并对内蒙古进行了实证分析,得到内蒙古2011年工业污染生态安全警度为中警,需要采取措施进行排警。
In order to improve the ecological security caused by industrial pollution, and to ensure economic development and ecological environment sustainable development, according to the characteristics of the ecological security early- warning, combined with BP neural network and GM model, this paper established the early - warning system of industrial pollution ecological security, and analyzed Inner Mongolia empirically, got indus- trial pollution ecological security warning degrees of Inner Mongolia which was moderate level in 2011 year, needed taking some measures to exhaust the warning.
