采用高异形断面聚酯纤维开发无缝跑步服

摘要 阐述了高异形断面聚酯纤维的形态结构、吸湿快干性能以及防紫外线功能。从设备参数、纱线配置、工艺流程、组织设计、款式等方面介绍了无缝针织运动服的开发过程。指出:在圣东尼SM8-TOP2S单面电子提花机上,利用小孔眼的集圈组织编织大身、大孔眼的集圈组织编织侧缝和腋下,可以开发出里层为高异形断面聚酯纤维、外层为吸湿性相对较好的锦纶纱,以及具有高吸湿、抗紫外线功能的无缝跑步服。 This paper describes the morphological structure, moisture-absorbing and fast-dry properties and an- ti-UV function of polyester fiber with high special cross-section, and introduces the development process in terms of equipment parameters, yarn arrangement, process flow, pattern design and style. It points out that if the tuck stitch with small apertures is employed to knit the bodies and the tuck stitch with large apertures to knit the side seam and armpit on the Santoni SM8-TOP2S single jersey electronic circular knitting machine, the seamless run- ning wear with inner layer of polyester fiber with high special cross-section and outer of nylon yarn with relatively good moisture absorption can be developed, which bears high moisture absorption and good anti-UV function.
