改性涤纶、锦纶交织无缝内衣一浴染色工艺探讨

One-bath Dyeing Process of Cationic Dyed Polyester and Nylon Core yarn Inter-knitted Seamless Products

简单介绍了阳离子改性涤纶与锦纶包芯纱交织无缝产品的编织特点,重点对其染色方法进行了介绍。常规染色工艺是在两浴中分别对阳离子改性涤纶、锦纶进行染色;为缩短染色时间,稳定染色质量,节能减排,提出了精练、改性涤纶染色、锦纶染色一浴法工艺,并进行了实例分析,指出工艺关键是选用沉淀防止剂以防止阳离子染料与弱酸性染料、阳离子染料与阴离子助剂发生沉淀反应。最后对生产中常见的颜色交叉沾污、面料易产生色花、回修面料的顶破强力、洗涤沾色牢度、耐光色牢度等问题提出了解决办法。

Knitting characteristic of cationic dyed polyester and nylon core yarn interweave seamless products were introduced; the dyeing methods were mainly analyzed. In conventional dyeing process, cationic dyed polyester and nylon core yarn are dyed using two-bath method. In order to reduce dyeing hours, stable dyeing quality, save energy and decrease emission, one-bath dyeing process was introduced, which combined scouring, cationic dyed polyester dyeing and nylon core yarn dyeing together, practical cases were exampled. It points out that choosing suitable anti-settling agent to avoid precipitation between cationic dye and weak acidic dye, cationic dye and anion additives is critical. At last, the problems of color cross contamination, fabric easy to colored spot, bursting strength after returning fabric for repairs, washing color fastness and light color fastness were present, solutions were suggested.
