摘要
目的探讨奥氮平及氯氮平对精神病患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法采用随机方式抽取2010年10月1日～2012年10月1日在曲靖市第三人民医院住院的患者,年龄18～60岁,符合ICD-10精神分裂症及偏执性精神障碍的诊断标准,接受氯氮平、奥氮平治疗的患者共200例,按1∶1进行比较对照。用自制调查表调查患者治疗前后糖脂代谢的变化。结果血糖、血胆固醇、甘油三酯基础指标差异无统计学意义,治疗4、8、12周后患者血胆固醇、甘油三酯均明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,氯氮平组空腹血糖明显高于奥氮平组(P<0.05)。结论非典型抗精神病药物氯氮平、奥氮平都可能导致血胆固醇、甘油三酯的升高,对血糖变化不明显。氯氮平致血糖升高的风险大于奥氮平,临床治疗过程中应注意监测糖脂代谢的变化。
Objective To study the changes of blood surga and blood fat after treating with atypicalpsychothpic drug-risperidone or cloxzapine in schizophrenics. Methods Two hundred patients with schizophenia were treated with risperidone or clozapine according to 1：1by comparison who were selected randomly from Hebei Mental Health Center（2010.10.1-2012.10.1） aged from 18-60,using home-made questionaire. Results The changes of blood sugar, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG） after treating with risperidone or clozapine in one hundred patients with schizophrenia were significantly different in statistics（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The atypical psychotropic drugs such as risperidone and clozapine can cause blood sugar,TC, TG rise. We should pay attention to the changes of blood sugar and blood fat when using atypical psychotropic drugs in clinical practices.
