实施层级管理对危重患者护理效果分析

目的探讨基层医院综合内科实施层级管理对危重患者的护理效果分析。方法内科护士按照职称、学历、工作年限分成护理A、B、C组,确定不同层级护士的工作职责,分层级使用护士,以责任小组形式开展护理工作。比较实施护士分层级管理前、后6个月的危重患者护理质量、基础护理质量、消毒隔离质量、护理文件书写、整体护理质量的差异,患者与家属对护士、医师对护士、护士对护士满意度的比较。结果实施层级管理护理危重患者后,危重患者护理质量、基础护理质量、患者与家属满意度等较实施前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理护理为危重患者提供了连续的、动态的整体护理,明显提高了危重患者的护理质量,也提高了危重患者的治愈率及家属的满意度,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing effects of the level management on critically ill patients implemented by the comprehensive medical of the basic-level hospital.Methods Medical nurses into were divided into nursing group A,B and C according to the title, education and work life; determine the different level nurses job responsibilities; organize nurses hierarchically; implement nursing work in the form of group responsibility. Compare the differences in nursing quality, basic nursing quality, disinfection and isolation quality, nursing documents writing and holistic nursing quality of critically ill patients before and after 6 months of level nursing management implementation; compare the satisfactation of the patients and families to nurses, doctors to nurses and nurses to nurses.Results After implementing level nursing management, the nursing and basic nursing quality of the critically ill patients and the satisfaction of the patients and families had been obviously improved （P〈0.05） compared before implementing.Conclusion That level management nursing offers critically ill patients the continuous and dynamic holistic nursing, obviously improve the nursing quality, the cure percent of critically ill patients and the satisfaction of the families. It is worth being widely implemented in basic-level hospital.
