新生儿听力筛查操作前护理配合对结果的影响

目的探讨新生儿听力筛查操作前护理配合对测试结果的影响。方法将2011年3月～2012年2月生产的462例产妇及其新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各231例。对照组在新生儿听力筛查操作前进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育,对筛选结果的初筛率和复筛率以及产妇的满意度、对假阳性的理解率、健康教育的达标率进行比较。结果两组患者间的对筛选结果的初筛率和复筛率以及产妇的满意度、对假阳性的理解率、健康教育的达标率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿听力筛查操作前护理配合可以有效提高新生儿的筛查率,使得产妇满意度提高,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of care of newborn hearing screening operation on the test results. Methods 462 cases of mothers and their newborns in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control and experimental group. Control group were given routine care before the newborn hearing screening, the experimental group were strengthened health education on the basis of the control group, screening rate of the screening results and rescreening rates and maternal satisfaction, understanding of false-positive rate, health education, compliance rates were compared. Results Screening rate of screening results, rescreening rate, and maternal satisfaction,the compliance rate of false- positive rate of understanding, health education had difference significant between the two groups , P〈0.05. Conclusion Care before the newborn hearing screening can effectively improve the screening rate of newborns, making maternal satisfaction increase, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
