莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2009年6月～2012年6月收治的116例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将符合本研究纳入标准和排除标准的患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者仅给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,5mg/次,3次/d,饭前服用,而观察组则加用黛力新治疗,1片/次,2次/d,治疗1个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(86.21%)明显高于对照组(70.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组和观察组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切、安全可靠,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with deanxit in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 116 cases with functional dyspepsia from June 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital,using the random number table would be consistent with this study inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group, the patients of control group were only given mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of, 5 mg each time, 3 times a day before meals, while the observation group, combined with deanxit in treatment, 1 tablets each time, 2 times a day,comparing the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction. Results Total effective rate in observation group （86.21%） was higher than that in control group （70.69%）, the total efficiency of the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with deanxit in treatment of functional dyspepsia has obvious curative effect, safety and less adverse reaction.
