摘要
分析现浇超长钢筋混凝土水池温度缝设置存在问题,提出不设置温度缝的设计方法,施工阶段采用补偿收缩混凝土解决水化热等效温差、干缩等效温差应力的措施,确保混凝土在浇筑和凝固过程中不出现拉应力,实现浇筑时不出现干缩裂缝;长期使用阶段采用预应力筋产生的预应力,抵抗因季节负温差产生的温度拉应力,避免出现结构裂缝。
This paper analyzes the problems of setting temperature joint for the cast-in-place extra long reinforced concrete water tank,and proposes the design method without setting the temperature joint.During construction phase such measures are taken that the shrinkage compensating concrete is used to solve the hydration heat equivalent temperature difference and drying shrinkage equivalent temperature stress,to ensure that the concrete tensile stress does not appear in the pouring and solidification process,and shrinkage cracks do not appear during pouring.During the stage of long-term use,the prestress generated by the prestressing tendon is used to resist the temperature tensile stress due to seasonal negative temperature difference,avoiding structural cracks.
