摘要
通过对某变换工序中开裂不锈钢管的现场取样及检查、原材料核查、宏观微观检查、理化分析等主要原因的探讨,提出在工程设计、施工、生产操作等环节规避发生类似情况的建议。
In this paper,the main reasons for the stainless steel piping cracking in a carbon monoxide shift conversion process are discussed by means of field sampling and inspection,verification of raw materials,macro and micro examination,physical and chemical analysis.This paper presents recommendations for avoiding similar situation happened during the engineering design,construction,production,operation and other sectors.
