用不同返回比原料在真空感应炉中冶炼1J22软磁合金时出现了不同的工艺现象,分析了这些现象产生的原因,采取相应工艺措施后使不同返回比原料试制的1J22合金热轧带材的性能和质量均能达到国标要求,提高返回比对节约贵重金属钴和降低生产成本意义重大.
A number of metallurgical problems arose in smelting the 1J22 soft-magnetic alloy in vacuum furnace with various rates of return scraps. These problems and the causes of their occurrence are summarized in the present dis- cussion. By taking appropriate measures to tackle these problems, the quality and properties of the alloy so smelted have been considerably improved, so that it meets the National Standard of China(GB) specifications. An increase in the return scrap rate is significant in reducing the consumption of the expensive Co and lowering the production cost.
