摘要
淬火冷却是零件获得一定的表面硬度、淬硬层深度、显微组织、残余应力及由其引起的畸变等结果的热处理工艺过程的一个阶段。低淬透性钢淬火冷却的主要工艺参数是淬火烈度,它大大高于常用碳素钢和价廉的低合金钢所要求的淬火烈度。所谓的体积-表面淬火,其冷却过程实质上既不同于整体热处理的淬火,也不同于感应加热淬火。
Quenching process is a stage of heat treatment process to develop the given surface hardness, hardening depth, microstructure, residual stress and resulting distortion. The major quenching parameter for low hardenability steels is the cooling intensity which is greatly higher than that requied for conventional carbon steels and cheap low alloy steels. The cooling process of the so-called volume-surface quenching is different from either entire hardening or induction hardening.
