Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 2530 Cast Steel

摘要 摆臂和轴套这样的大型零件,重达数吨,通常采用2530铸钢制作。分析了研究用2530铸钢的化学成分,测定了经正火、高温回火后该钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,2530铸钢中珠光体含量越高,其抗拉强度越高;珠光体越细小弥散,钢的综合力学性能越好。 The large-sized parts, such as swing , axle sleeve and so on, weigh a good few tons, and are commonly made of 2530 cast steel. The chemical composition of 2530 cast steel for research was analyzed, and its microstructure and mechanical properties were detected after normalizing and high-temperature tempering. The results show that the more amount of pearlite, the higher tensile strength the 2530 cast steel will offer, and that the finer and more dispersal pearlite, the better combined mechanical properties the cast steel will present.
