摘要
针对风力发电运行中产生轴承损坏和断齿问题,提出一种采用输入轴分路液力机械传动技术的风力发电机增速机保护装置。该装置采用液力变矩器输入轴分路液力机械传动技术,在风力发电机主轴上发生功率"分路",一路通过液力元件,另一路直接通过增速机,避免了增速机疲劳加载的状况,延长了增速机的使用寿命。实践结果证明,行星齿轮传动系统和液力变矩器系统的各类参数设计是合理的。
Aiming at the bear damage and broken gear of wind generator running, introduce the protection equipment of wind generator booster engine based on input axis branching hydraulic machine transmission technology. The equipment adopts hydraulic torque converter input axis branching hydraulic machine transmission technology, branch power on wind generator main axis, one passing the hydraulic element, the other passing booster engine to avoid booster engine fatigue loading, and prolong life length of booster engine. The test results show that the parameter design of planet gear transmission system and hydraulic torque converter system is reasonable.
