摘要 针对传统的测控系统已不能满足应用需求的问题,提出一种通过网络把独立功能的测控单元连接起来的分布式测控系统。从硬件和软件2方面对该系统进行设计,将现场总线、网络技术与分布式计算技术/中间件技术相结合,完成对各种现场设备的状态监测,从而实现分布式数据采集,集中化分析管理和资源共享。目前该技术已经在气动中心高速所的生产型暂冲式跨超声速风洞中进行应用,实现了对风洞各部段关键设备状态数据的实时监测记录,及时发现异常情况并产生告警,增强了风洞试验运行系统的安全性和可靠性。 As the traditional measurement and control system can't meet the application requirements, a distributed measurement and control system is introduced, which connects the measurement units and control units through the network. The system is designed from hardware and software aspects to monitor status of the field apparatus, which combined field bus technology, network technology and distributed computing technology/middleware technology, then to realize the distributed data collection, centralize management and resource sharing analysis. Now, this system is used in the production intermittent transonic and supersonic wind tunnel in the High Speed Institute of China Aerodynamics Research & Development Center, which shows that the system can realize real-time monitoring and recording status data of the key equipments of wind tunnel, and can find unusual situations and give alarms. Consequently, it enhanced security and denendability of the running systern in wind tunnel.
