摘要
针对城市电网无功优化规划工作缺乏支撑工具的问题,结合实际业务特点,运用多层次的问题分解和分层架构设计思想,研发了适用于城市高中压配网的无功优化规划软件模块,包括优化计算、原始数据与结果数据管理子模块,涵盖现状年及目标年单阶段和多阶段无功优化规划功能。可以嵌入到电网规划辅助决策系统(CNP)中,也可以作为一个独立的应用系统使用。实际应用表明,该模块能够辅助完成城市电网无功规划任务,提高规划工作的效率。
Reactive power optimization of urban power network always lacks the supporting tools in the utilities. To solve this problem, a reactive power optimization software module for the urban HV&MV distribution network was de- veloped in the paper, which is based on the actual business characteristics and by applying multilevel problem decom- position and layered architecture design idea. It includes three sub-modules: the optimal calculation sub-module, the original data management sub-module and the result data management sub-module. This module covers the planning functions of reactive power optimization for the present network, reactive power optimization for the target years, and the multi-stage reactive power optimization. In the actual application, the module can be embedded into the power network planning decision support system (named CNP) and serves as a subsystem of the overall system, while it also can be used as a stand-alone software system, which has wide applicability. Practical application in real power network shows that its functions can assist reactive power planning of city power network and improve the efficiency of urban power network planning.
