Epoxy Asphalt Concrete Pavement and Construction Technique on Urban Expressway Steel Box Girder Bridge

目前钢桥面铺装常采用浇注式沥青、环氧沥青与改性沥青混凝土三种形式。通过研究,选择下层环氧沥青上层改性沥青混凝土复合路面结构作为城市快速路钢桥铺装形式。结合合肥地区的集料特征,开展了环氧沥青混凝土的配合比研究,确定了环氧沥青最佳用量,结果表明环氧混凝土具有较好的路用性能。

Three types of pavements such as mastic asphalt,epoxy asphalt and modified asphalt mixtures are usually used for steel deck paving.It can be concluded that the deck pavement of steel-bridge for expressway in a city is suitable for the structures using dual-layers including epoxy asphalt concrete undersurface and modified asphalt concrete surface.Epoxy asphalt concrete mixture ratio is studied,the optimum dosage of epoxy asphalt is determined combined with the characteristics of aggregates in Hefei district.The results show that this mixture has excellent performances.
