摘要 在PCB制程中使用垂直线的生产工序上,PCB品质与产能要求、所用的药水特性、合理的航车程序这三者间的匹配是必须的,因为三者的完全吻合是保证制程稳定的先决条件。在前二者已确定时,只能通过调整航车程式来满足这三者的匹配,因此对航车程式的精确设计和优化非常必要。经多次验证和长期使用确认:采用具有精确的图形绘制功能和强大的图形编辑功能的CAD软件设计航车程式是一种较好的方法。 In the straight production line of PCB production process, the requirement of PCB quality and output identically match the character of using potion. Reasonable time-way program is the precondition for guaranteeing the stabilization of PCB process. So it is necessary for us to make the above three items to match well in production. If the first two items have been confirmed, the only thing can be adjusted is that the time-way program to meet the demand of the three items match. So it is essential for us to design accurately and make optimization on the program. After repeated verification and long-term use to confirm that, it is a preferable method to adopt CAD software with precise drawing functions and powerful graphic editing functions to design the time-way program.
