南昌铁路局装卸安全技术管理的思考

Thoughts on Loading & Unloading Safety Technical Management by Nanchang Railway Administration

结合南昌铁路局装卸管理实际,通过分析装卸作业存在的安全、技术管理弱化等突出问题,提出加强装卸安全管理,落实安全管理机制,盯住装卸安全重点,运用监控设备保安全等加强装卸安全技术管理工作的措施。在优化装卸管理机制基础上,积极探索科学管理模式,完善各项管理机制,进一步加强对装卸作业的管理,提高运输生产的效率和效益。

Combined with loading management practice of Nanchang Railway Administration, through analyzing the problems existing in safety and technical management lessening of loading & Unloading, this paper puts forward the measures on strengthening safety technical management works, such as strengthening loading safety management, fulfilling safety management mechanism, attaching importance on loading & Unloading safety and ensuring safety by supervision equipments. Based on optimizing the loading & Unloading management mechanism, scientific management mode should be discussed, each management mechanism should be improved, loading & Unloading management should be strengthened in further step as well as the efficiency and benefit of transport production should be increased.
