根据呼和浩特铁路局货运计量设备的运用情况,分析在超偏载检测装置和轨道衡运用中存在的问题,积极采取措施,制定相应的规章制度,通过设置计量安检设备及维护维修岗位定员,开展货运计量设备专项整治工作,改进货运计量设备的运用管理,卡控货物超偏载隐患,大幅降低货运计量设备的故障率,有效减少维修时间和次数,从而提升设备运用质量,确保货物运输安全。

According to the using status of freight transport metering equipment by Hohhot Railway Administration, this paper analyzes the problems in using of over-loading & unbalanced load inspection device and weigh bridge, and puts forward that relative measures should be applied and corresponding rules and systems should be instituted. The paper also puts forward measures such as installing safety inspection equipment and establishing maintenance & repair manning, developing special renovation works on freight transport metering equipments, improving use management of the metering equipments, controlling the hidden troubles of goods over-loading and unbalanced load, greatly decreasing fault rate of the metering equipment and effectively reducing maintenance time and period, all of these could increase the equipment using quality and ensure freight transport safety.
