摘要
在热力系统中对中继水泵的自动调节进行改造,使中继水泵的变频直接控制高压除氧器水位。相比原高压除氧器水位调节阀控制高压除氧器水位和中继水泵变频控制中继水母管压力两个调节逻辑,不仅省去了中间环节,而且更重要的是减小了阀门的节流损失。运行实验结果表明,能满足整个系统正常稳定运行,实验结果证实中继水泵耗电量明显下降,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Transform the automatic adjustment of the relay pump in thermal system to directly controlling the high-pressure deaerator water level with the frequency conversion of the relay pump.Compared with two original regulation logic which is the high-pressure deaerator water level control valve controlling high-pressure deaerator water level and the frequency conversion of the relay pump controlling the pipe pressure of the relay pump can not only eliminating the intermediate links,but also the more important thing is to reduce valve throttling losses.By daily experiments to prove that the whole system can normal and stable operation. And also the experimental results were compared to confirm that the power consumption of the relay pump were obviously decreased,achieving the purpose of conserve energy.
