公安行政复议机制是社会发展的必然产物,因其自身有特殊性,所以表现出了独特的内涵,而其独特的内涵,决定了公安行政复议机制的特点。针对具体的公安行政复议执法实践中存在一些问题,我们应积极地寻找解决问题的思路和途径,完善行政复议机制,促进其健康发展。
Police administrative reconsideration system is the inevitable outcome of social development,which shows unique connotation because of its own particularity.The unique connotation decides the features of police administrative reconsideration.As for some problems in concrete law enforcement practice on police administrative reconsideration,thoughts and ways should be found actively for solving problems to improve administrative reconsideration system and promote its healthy development.
