摘要
聚异丁烯装置后处理部分存在腐蚀加重现象,给安全生产造成很大隐患。通过对腐蚀情况进行详细的调查,发现腐蚀主要发生在脱丁烷塔、闪蒸罐、T-103塔及管线的死区、冷区处。其腐蚀机理主要是盐酸腐蚀。通过对腐蚀现象与腐蚀原因的分析,找到了切实可行的整治措施,从而保障生产安全。
The problem of aggravating corrosion in the post-processing of poly-isobutylene unit seriously makes a potential safety risk for production. After investigating the details about the corrosion situation, we find the corrosion mainly occurs at the dead and cold zone of the debutanizer tower, flash-steaming tank, T-103 tower and piping system. The corrosion mechanism mainly comes from the attack of hydro- chloric acid. Through carefully analyzing this corrosion phenomena and reasons, we find a feasible way to improve this situation so as to ensure the safety of production.
