摘要
建立以气相色谱法测定天然气部分氧化法制合成气中甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氢气含量的方法。采用TDX-01固定相,氩气为流动相,测定甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氢气。用时间保留值和加入已知物增加峰高法进行定性,采用外标法进行定量,操作简便,重现性好,准确度高。
A method currently employed by gas chromatographic to detect the content of methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen in Syngas, which produced with the process of natural gas partial oxidation. The solid phase applied was TDX-01 column while mobile phase was Argon. The content of Syngas components can be qualified by retention time of adding peaks high by adding the amount of known substances and quantified by external standard method. The test results show that the detection method has the advantages of easy operation, good reproducibility and high accuracy.
