基于LTCC的基片集成波导巴伦研究

摘要 基片集成波导(SIW)是近年来出现的一种新型传输线。应用基片集成波导技术,设计了两种x波段巴伦,在HFSS下建模优化,对其仿真结果进行分析,然后采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术提出了一种新型基片集成波导巴伦,在8~10GHz范围内实现了较好的幅度与相位差性能。 Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is a novel transmission line in recent years. The paper presents two types of baluns using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology in X band. Circuit model is constructed, while circuit is opti- mized and analyzed using HFSS. A novel substrate integrated waveguide ba~.un is proposed using low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. Good performance of amplitude and phase is achieved in the frequency range of 8-10 GHz.
