摘要
为了提高利用微型光谱仪测量光源色度参数的准确性,减少系统噪声对测量结果的影响,提出采用快速傅里叶变换的方法对微型光谱仪输出信号进行滤波,实现对系统噪声的抑制,获得比较准确的光谱数据。结果表明,对实验获得的微型光谱仪输出的信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到其频谱,并对其频谱进行滤波处理,能够很好地实现噪声平滑。相对传统的滤波方法,快速傅里叶变换有更好的滤波效果,具有实现方便,速度更快,平滑效果明显等特点。
Application of fast Fourier transform (FFT) in the output signal processing of micro-spectrometer can improve the accuracy of illuminant chromaticity parameters measured by micro-spectrometer and partly reduce the effect of noise on mea- surement result. FFT suppresses the system noise so as to acquire the accurate spectrum data. The experimental results show that frequency spectrum of the output signal of micro-spectrometer can be obtained by FFT and is filtered to smooth original sig- nal effectively. Compared with the traditional smoothing methods, FFT can improve the performance of micro-spectrometer much better, which has the characteristics of easy implementation, fast speed and good smoothing effects.
