According to the needs of social development, intelligent monitoring becomes widely available and people set a higher demand on the display of real-time monitoring video pictures. The quality of video images is related to data acquisition, data coding, data transmission, data decoding and other factors. The quality of video pictures is effectively improved by optimiz- ing the color space conversion and image zooming display.
