摘要
无边界职业生涯是指个体跨越单一组织边界来获取一系列的工作机会。在无边界职业生涯的条件下,个体要求具有一种跨职业的能力,具有更加广泛的可迁移的职业技能。跨职业能力的培养本身就是对无边界职业生涯的一种主动回应,也体现了学校教育对学生未来生存与发展的当下关怀。跨职业能力的培养是一项复杂的系统工程,面向一个职业群的宽基础课程模式、致力于培养企业家精神的创业教育、着重于发掘学生一般潜能的通识教育等都与跨职业能力的培养有着密切的关联。无边界职业生涯理念将对当代职业教育产生深刻的影响。
The boundaryless career refers to the individuals getting a series of job opportunities across a single organization boundary. Under the boundaryless career conditions, individuals are supposed to have more trans-professional ability, or more extensive and transferable professional skills. Trans-professional ability training is an active response to the boundaryless career, and it also reflects the school education's contemporary concerns with the students' future survival and development. Trans-professional ability training is a complicated system engineering, a wide foundation course mode facing a professional group, an entrepreneurship education devoted to fostering the entrepreneur spirit, and a general education which focuses on exploring general potential of students, which are all closely connected with the cultivation of trans-professional ability. Boundaryless career will produce a profound influence to the contemporary vocational education.
