生物科学类专业大类招生背景下实践教学管理模式探索

On the Practice Teaching Management Mode of Bioscience under the Background of Category-Based Enrollment

在市场经济条件下,高校人才培养应以人才需求为导向,以适应市场为原则,把学生培养成既掌握必要专业理论知识,又具备较强专业实践技能的复合型人才。河北科技师范学院基于生物科学类大类招生的背景,探索了集"知识、技能、素质"三位一体的实践教学模式:构建了"一平台、二阶段、三模块"的实验教学体系,制定了"分段计分"与"认证考核"相结合的实验考核方法,创新了"开放式"和"三层次"的实验室管理模式,建设了"四个联合"的实践教学基地,实施了"两个结合"和"双导师制"的毕业实习模式。

Under the condition of market economy, the talent training in colleges and universities should be based on the demand of talent and adaptation to the market so that students are trained to be the inter-disciplinary talents with necessary professional knowledge and strong professional practice skills. The research takes the enrollment of students in the category of ＂bioscience＂ as the background. It firstly discusses a ＂three-in-one＂ practical teaching management mode of the knowledge, skill and quality, and then proposes an experimental teaching curriculum system of ＂one platform, two stages, three modules＂. The paper also sets up an experimental teaching examination, which means combining ＂subsection scoring＂ and ＂certification and examination＂. Finally, the paper builds a new laboratory management system of ＂open type＂ and ＂three levels＂ and a practical teaching based network of ＂four combinations＂ and implements the graduation work mode of ＂two combinations＂ and ＂double-tutorial system＂.
