通过对一种大电流跷板开关(器具开关)接线端子制件的结构特点,制定了制件的成形工艺,介绍了制件的模具排样设计与模具结构以及主要模具成形部件的选材和热处理工艺。
The stamping process and the progressive die for the terminal of the high-capacity rocker switch was introduced and the main points for the design of the stamping process and the progressive die were analyzed.
