摘要
针对自行车曲柄链轮双轮摆辗过程中出现的轴经常发生磨损和断裂现象,分析产生问题的原因,根据对数螺旋线的特点,提出了摆辗轮轮廓形状曲线采用对数螺旋线,并改进轴的结构,使摆辗轮和轴的使用寿命大大提高,最高达到4万套。
According to the bicycle crank sprocket double pendulum rolling appeared in the process of shaft happen very often wear and fracture phenomenon, to analyze the reason of the problem produced, according to the characteristics of the logarithmic spiral line, and put forward the pendulum rolling wheel shape curve using logarithmic spiral line, and improve the structure of the shaft, make the pendulum rolling wheel and shaft service life greatly improve, up to a maximum of 40,000 sets.
