摘要
根据U型梁在成形过程中不同阶段的应力状态分析,得出U型梁变形回弹原理。通过改变制件内部的应力状态,结合材料本身弹性回复的特性,设计了一套具有弧形压料板及下部内缩式凸模结构的模具来控制回弹。此方法对实际生产具有指导意义。
According to analysis the stress state for U-shape beam in the forming process of different stages, the U-beam deformation springback principle was obtained. By changing the parts of the internal stress state and using the material characteristics of elastic recovery, a mold with arc-pad and lower inside shrink type punch was designed to control springback. It was guidance for the actual production.
