摘要
以拉把型腔模具为例,着重介绍了Cimatron E软件在模具制造中的数控加工工艺规划、刀路合理选择和加工参数设置以及难加工部位的电极设计等关键技术,给出了模具型腔零件的完整制造过程。对现代模具合理设计和优化具有借鉴作用。
With the mold cavity of grab handle as an example, the critical technologies of moh] design and manufacturing such as NC machining technological process planning, the tool path generation, the machining parameter setting and the the electrode design process of difficult to machine part were introduced based on Cimatron E, which provided a complete manufacturing process of mold cavity.That may play an important role in optimizing design of the application for mold making.
