以数控铣床加工某零件的多面为例,详细阐述了多面加工工艺流程分析,制定了详尽合理的加工策略,使用NX8.0编制数控程序文件,并在数控铣床上顺利完成整个加工流程,获得了满意的加工效果。
In NC milling machine processing some parts of polyhedral as an example, this paper describes in detail the surface machining process analysis, formulated the detailed reasonable processing strategy, use NX 8.0 compiled nc program files, on the nc milling machine and the smooth completion of the whole process, and obtained satisfied processing effect.
