Based on ＂the Analects of Confucius＂, this paper summarizes and expounds Confucius thought of filial piety, discus- ses the value of Confucius thought of filial duty in the construction of business ethics culture from the enterprise ethics management and applied ethics perspective, and the methods of the Confucius thoughts of filial piety being applied to the construction of business ethics culture.
