摘要
高职院校人才培养目标从技能应用型人才向创业创新型人才转变是当前面临的重要课题。文章从以人为本、因材施教、工学结合、项目驱动等方面论述了创新型人才创新意识、创新思维、创新个性、创新能力培养的方式、方法、途径及效果。
China’s higher vocational colleges are undergoing a stage of transformation that they should prepare more innovative professionals rather than skillful ones only.How to train innovative professionals is what this paper discusses.This paper,from the aspects of student-first,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,integration of learning and on-the-job practice,project-driven teaching model,probes the approaches to developing students’ innovative awareness,thinking,personality and ability.It also discusses the implementation and effect of the training.
