摘要
高校教师作为高校最重要的人力资源,是提高教学质量、培养高素质人才的重要保证。由于经济社会发展等多方面的因素,教师聘用制度政策的改革,以及人们思想观念变化的影响,高校教师的流动已经成为不可避免的趋势。然而由于高校教师的流动,特别是高校教师无序流动现象的产生,严重影响到高校师资队伍的稳定及高校的可持续发展。文章以高校教师的流动为切入点,对高校教师流动的特点和原因以及现阶段存在的问题进行分析,从高校人力资源管理的角度,提出解决高校教师流动中存在问题的对策。
Teachers are important human resources to a college and university,whose numbers and quality determine the teaching and training quality.Out of a variety of factors including economic and social ones,employment policy reforms,teachers’ change of ideas,mobility of college and university teachers is an inevitable truth.However,the flow of college and university teachers,especially disorderly flow,seriously affects the stability of the teaching staff and the sustainable development of the college or university.This paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics and the problems of the flow,gives some solutions from the perspective of human resources management.
