摘要
外语应用能力是高职人才重要的技能素质之一。通过分析高职外语教学影响因素,可以发现目前高职院校外语教学实践中存在外语技能的价值与功能定位模糊、教学内容与方法的针对性和实效性不足、课堂教学以教师为中心、对信息化环境未作出积极回应等问题。对症下药解决上述问题才可以有效解决高职外语教学费时低效的顽疾。
As foreign language skills constitute one of the most important qualities of vocational college students,this paper makes an analysis of the factors affecting the quality of foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges,which will help bring to surface some of the problems with the pedagogical practice in teaching,namely,a vague recognition of the value and functions of foreign language skills for students of different specialties,inefficient and unpragmatic teaching methods,teacher-centredness in classroom teaching,nonreponsiveness to the contextual changes of foreign language learning and teaching in the information age,etc..A focused and practical approach will help effectively solve the long-standing inefficiency dilemma with foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges.
