摘要
工业工程专业人才创新能力培养模式是当前国内某些高校在发展过程中不断探索的课题。文章对江南大学商学院工业工程大学生的培养模式进行了分析,尤其是对如何提升创新能力的诸多关键要素进行了分析,并在教学模式、学生管理保障、信息化生态系统保障等方面提出了有效方法,尝试以"实境、实验、实战耦合"的特色,探索育人模式,为不断提升学生创新能力而努力。
How to develop the innovation ability of undergraduates majoring in industrial engineering is a topic not infrequently studied by China’s universities.This paper studies the model adopted by the School of Business of Jiangnan University to develop the innovation ability of the students whose major is the same,and analyzes the key elements related to innovation ability cultivation,including teaching model,student management,information system,and other efficient practices.In order to improve students’ innovation ability,the paper also expounds the educational model,that is,"coupling of virtual-reality teaching,experiment and practice",carried out by the school.
