摘要
双曲线自然通风冷却塔的通风筒为大型钢筋混凝土薄壳结构,大部分为高空作业,施工难度大,稍有不慎就会出现过大的塔中心偏移、圆度失控、壁厚不均匀等初始几何缺陷。本文使用ANSYS有限元分析程序,对某工程有初始几何缺陷的筒壁进行应力、内力、位移计算,并以图表形式进行比较分析初始几何缺陷对冷却塔筒壁应力、内力、位移的影响。同时对该工程进行承载力分析,提出承载力不足的解决方案。
The draught tube hyperbolic draught cooling tower is a large scale reinforced concrete thin shell structure, most of which is constructed at high position with great difficulty. A little carelessness shall result in shells with initial geometrical imperfections such as excessive deflection from the tower center, circularity out of control and uneven thickness of the shell, etc. With the help of finite element analysis software ANSYS, stresses, internal forces and displacement of both shell after improvement and that with geometrica!, imperfections are calculated and compared in the form of graphs, analyzing the effects brought by those imperfections on the stresses, internal forces and displacement of the shell. In terms of the results offered by ANSYS, analyzing the bearing capacity of the real project, the resolution is drawn to deal with the problem of insufficient capacity.
