依据生命周期评价理论,初步界定了铁路建设生命周期CO2排放的评价范围,并对铁路建设生命周期物化阶段的CO2排放进行了清单分析,提出了铁路建设生命周期CO2排放量的评价框架和方法.

Based on the theory of life cycle assessment（LCA）,this paper preliminarily defines the scope of carbon dioxide emission in railway construction life cycle.Furthermore,the paper develops the framework and approach of calculating carbon dioxide emission in railway construction.
