摘要
装载机的工作装置是装载机的重要组成部分,其结构和性能直接影响整机的工作尺寸和性能参数,从而影响整机的生产效率和经济指标。建立ZL30F装载机工作装置的数学模型,基于matlab软件,运用复合形法对其优化,并对优化结果进行研究分析。分析结果表明运用复合形法对装载机工作装置进行优化可使铲斗的举升平移性得到提高,工作装置的性能得到进一步完善。
Loader work device is an important part of the loader. Its structure and performance directly affect the working dimensions and performance parameters, and so affect the production efficiency and economic index. The mathematical model of ZL30F working device is established based on the MATLAB software and optimized using the complex method l and the optimized results are studied and analyzed. The results show that using the complex method to optimize the loader working device can make the bucket lifted translation improved, the performance of the work device further perfected.
