摘要
液压系统是桥检车上装的核心部分。为进一步提高安全可靠性和稳定性,针对样车存在的问题和不足,改进设计,完善性能,降低成本,达到设计要求,满足使用工况,使操作更简单,性能更稳定。尤其是自行走系统,借助底盘传动系,合理匹配液压元件,并与底盘的传动系形成了两种相互独立而又能灵活转换的行走系统。
Hydraulic system is the core of bridge inspection vehicle. To improve reliability and stability, aimed at the existing problems and shortages, work is done to perfect performance, reduce cost, improve the design, meet the design requirement, make operation simpler, and performance more stable. Especially, by dint of the chassis drive system, matching hydraulic components reasonably, the self-propelled system and the chassis drive system are independent and can be transferred from each other.
